Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product or if the product is damaged/defective on arrival.
  • Opened or used spice packets cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
